There are many useful websites and YouTube channels on the topic of knotting. Some of my favourites are:

Mikko Snellman's YouTube channel. He is by far the best knotter on YouTube, and an excellent teacher. His web site, Snellman.ax, offers knot creations. "materials, tutoring and anything knotty." He is also the current president of the The International Guild of Knot Tyers.
Animated Knots (by Crog) is one of the best places to find instructions on tying practical knots
The International Guild of Knot Tyers, established in 1982, has a website and forum with lots of useful information
