I have been at this 'hobby' for over 25 years know. I started before Web 2.0. I used to learn everything from books, and I still consult actual paper books frequently for inspiration and directions.

Naturally, I now make use of the enormous resources available on YouTube and elsewhere on the internet.

I got my email address, knot.tyer@gmail.com, when gmail was still a beta-test offering from google. I did/do this website with google sites. It's easy and free.
